Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Updating Account Information
If your personal details change (such as mobile number or email), update your profile as soon as possible. mmoja7 will not be responsible for payment delays or account issues caused by incorrect information.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account will be closed immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
- Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Additional verification may be required for unusual amounts or suspicious activity.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the applicable conversion rate and any associated fees will be borne by the user.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳13,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, the equivalent amount must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement 25x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- An account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Once a bonus offer has been added to an account, it cannot be changed.
- mmoja7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- In the case of bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
- Separate terms apply for VIP cashback and other benefits.
5.4 VIP Program
The mmoja7 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier gives access to a greater weekly cashback benefit. Cashback rates per tier: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Rules
Each game has its own rules, which are displayed during gameplay. Players are advised to read the relevant rules before starting a game.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is affected by a technical error or system malfunction, mmoja7 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. Incorrect bonuses or winnings displayed due to an error are not valid.
6.3 Game Providers
mmoja7 offers games from multiple international game providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe. Both the game providers' own policies and the mmoja7 terms and conditions apply.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mmoja7 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through dishonest means.
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

- If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a third-party payment provider.
